Malak Resort is located near one of the most beautiful European natural monuments - Nature Park Spring of the River Bosna. We have built 33 spacious, five-bedroom and six-bedroom villas in Malak Resort, which are ready to move in. We have three types of villas, and they are all furnished. During the design, construction and furnishing of the villas, we took into account the high standards of quality construction and beautiful design.

Villa type 1 has 266.8 m² net area / 339 m² of gross area. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, hallway, bedroom with bathroom, toilet, and a garage that is connected in the house. Spacious internal stairs connect the ground floor and first floor, where there are hallway, wardrobe and 4 bedrooms with bathrooms. All five bedrooms in the villa type 1 are master bedrooms. 

There are 18 of villas type 1 in Malak Resort. The size of the garden of the villa type 1 varies from 148 m² to 278 m², depending on the position of the villa in the resort.
